Attorney Jessica Yuqian Meng obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degree from
Beijing University in China and a Master of Laws degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham
Young University in the United States. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers
